Selected Services are now Invitation Only

Game Servers and some web hosting has been locked out to guests, and you will need an invitation code which can be obtained through the Datalect Community (where available), through a Datalect Affiliate or by speaking with a Datalect Staff member through the waiting room system.

The goal is to focus attention on existing customers and build a better base for services. The way we are looking at doing this is through means of the Online Community to provide assistance to new customers and building on the knowledgebase with the most common answers to questions. In the past year over 1,000 tickets raised could have been answered through means of the Knowledgebase or by peers who have has similar experiences.

Our goal is to try and get the common support and pre-sales queries to a automated level to allow us to focus on improving services for our customers.

There is a strict criteria for the invite only services, and please don't be discouraged if you are denied as we will be providing the services again to the public in the near future. You can look at other options which Datalect do support such as Dedicated Servers, becoming a GSP yourself (supported by Datalect) or becoming a Reseller of Datalect Services.
